Subprocessors

Last Updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]

Nerd Lawyer Entrepreneur Services, LLC ("NLES," "we") uses third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate our firm and deliver legal services. This page lists the subprocessors that may process personal information on our behalf. It is incorporated into our Privacy Policy.

We require subprocessors to maintain reasonable security measures and to use personal information only for the purposes for which we engaged them. A subprocessor's presence on this list does not mean it processes personal information for every matter — subprocessor use depends on the nature of the engagement.

To receive notice when we update this list, email privacy@nerdlawyer.ai.

Notes

  • Some of our subprocessors may use their own sub-subprocessors. Our agreements require them to maintain similar protections.

  • We list certain subprocessors used only for internal operations (such as Gusto for payroll) for transparency, even though they do not process client matter data.

  • We may engage co-counsel, foreign counsel, expert witnesses, and other professionals on a matter-by-matter basis. These are not subprocessors; they are independent professionals engaged with client consent under separate confidentiality obligations.

Updates and notice

We update this list as our subprocessors change. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material additions or changes will also be communicated through our normal client and website channels.
